About MOCK INC.
MOCK INC. is a youth leadership and development organization dedicated to preparing the next generation of leaders through mentorship, life-skills education, financial literacy, and character development.
Our mission is to equip young people between the ages of 10 and 18 with the tools, guidance, and opportunities needed to succeed in life and positively impact their communities.
Across many communities, young people face challenges that extend beyond the classroom. Limited access to mentorship, lack of exposure to leadership opportunities, and minimal financial literacy education often leave youth navigating important life decisions without the guidance they need.
MOCK INC. was created to change that.
Through structured mentorship, leadership development programs, and real-world life skills training, MOCK INC. helps young people develop discipline, accountability, and confidence while preparing them for successful futures.
Our programs focus on five key areas of development:
Leadership Development
Helping youth develop confidence, communication skills, and the ability to lead themselves and others.
Financial Literacy
Teaching practical financial education including budgeting, credit management, saving, and long-term financial planning.
Mentorship
Connecting youth with mentors and community leaders who provide guidance, encouragement, and real-world insight.
Discipline & Accountability
Helping youth understand responsibility, decision-making, and the long-term impact of their choices.
Character & Respect
Developing integrity, respect for others, and the personal values that define strong leaders.
At MOCK INC., we also believe that success should be recognized and rewarded. When young people demonstrate leadership, reach goals, or make positive decisions, those achievements should be acknowledged and celebrated. Recognition builds confidence and reinforces the connection between discipline, effort, and opportunity.
We also teach young people that failure is not the end of the journey—it is part of the learning process. Every leader experiences setbacks. What matters most is how you respond, how you learn from mistakes, and how you get back up and continue moving forward.
